Half Beef - Approx. 200 lbs. ($1,850 or $1,975)

1. Approximately 50% ground beef, 25% steaks, and 25% other cuts

2. Fills about 7 cu. ft. of freezer space

3. Feeds 4 people for a year with moderate usage

Quarter Beef - Approx. 100 lbs. ($925 or $987.50)

1. Approximately 50% ground beef, 25% steaks, and 25% other cuts

2. fills About 4 cu. ft. of freezer space

3. feeds 2 people for a year with moderate usage

We no longer have roasts and are running low on certain steaks, therefore, we created new options:

On a whole beef:

• If you take 90 lbs. of ground beef in place of the roast, the cost is $3,700

• If you take about 90 lbs. of steak in place of the roasts, the cost is $3,950

The price drops by half if you buy a half and is a quarter of the price if you buy a quarter.
