We no longer have roasts and are running low on certain steaks, therefore, we created new options:
On a whole beef:
If you take 90 lbs. of ground beef in place of the roast, the cost is $3,700
If you take about 90 lbs. of steak in place of the roasts, the cost is $3,950
The price drops by half if you buy a half and is a quarter of the price if you buy a quarter.
Your order estimate will be based on an average live weight of 900lbs for Grass Raised Beef at $3/lb - or - 1300lbs
